Francesca Lives in Rome, entrepreneur and owner of the yoga and meditation studio “Sattva Roma” where she teaches and offers a space in the center of the city. She organizes events and gatherings and works as a psychologist integrating the yogic knowledge. She has traveled the world and lived in Rishikesh, India fora few years to study and practice the teachings at Sattva Yoga Academy and where she still comes and goes periodically. She is fond of sailing and riding motorcycles. She has written a book about her experience of healing from cancer and now she leads people to find their truth and light through challenging teaching mindfulness techniques, yoga as therapy.
